If *you* had 3.5 c of blackberries, what would *you* do?

Me?  I made ice cream.  I. so. win.  I don't even know what you were thinking, but trust me, I'm ahead here.  The color is wonderful: a rich medium purple, almost the exact shade of African violets.  The texture is great, about halfway between French pot (i.e. Graeter's) and a sorbet.  And the flavor?  It's like a giant silky berry sliding luxuriously across my tongue.  The lemon I added makes it crisp and just tart enough.

It is so rich.  I just had three scoops of it, and I really want more... but I think I'll probably go into a coma if I do.
